Difficult

Hello,

1.I cannot understand very easily what he says. (rewrite as a simple sentence)

A. He is difficult to understand.

Could anyone suggest some other possible or correct form?

That's OK.

A less common version could be "His speech cannot be understood easily (by me)". I had to write 'his speech' for 'what he says' to make the sentence simple.
