Differents between two simple sentence

hi i am confused with two simple and similar sentence.

1 , Lisa told me that she is going to visit a friend this afternoon.

vs

2, Lisa told me she is going to visit a friend this afternoon.

do they have differet meaning ?

3. Lisa told me she was going to visit a friend that afternoon.

There's no difference between the first two sentences, except that in the second sentence that is absent.T
