Differentiate these for me please..

Me again with my "difference" questions.

This is basically just a chat between friends.
A:Can you take(endure) this?
B:Well that one. This kind it's, a bit complicated this one





they're not quite the same but the important part is the intonation in "this one"

I find it hard to judge intonation, because I've heard so many different intonation patterns that I think everything just depends on the dialect. I don't really like either sentence, but if I had to choose I would choose the second recording. I'm not a native speaker though.
