I'm confused whether they are correct or which one is correct.

(Does that make sense, "to differentiate our suppliers"?

Should it be "diversify" ?)

We have been dealing with European countries over last three years.

(over the last three years?)

Our reputation and the satisfaction of our clients is very high.

(Why "is" instead of "are" ?)
