Will you please help me say the following sentences in different way but still have the same meaning? Thank you in advance for your help.
I’m attaching a copy of our postcard for your information. I also would like to confirm with you the time that you and the students will be performing is at 1:00 p.m. Also, please let me know if there is anything you need on this day.

There are a couple of minor things that need fixing here, but it sounds as if you want more than that. Why do you want to say this in a different way? What are you trying to achieve that's different from what you've already got?

Why do you want to say this in a different way? What are you trying to achieve that's different from what you've already got? Without knowing these things it's hard to know where to start.

Not really...Will you please help me correct those minor errors? I just try to send the information to a person and confirm with that person that she is still available to come at 1:00 p.m. on October 18. I also would like to know if she needs anything on this date (Oct. 8). She is a musical perfomer...I wonder if she needs like a chair, microphone, sound system...or that she'll bring her own.

To me, a "postcard" is a piece of card on which you write a short note to somebody. Then you send it to them through the post (mail).
