Different time zones

Hello!

If we had this conversation:

"Jhon:It is 09:00 p.m here at this moment, and there?"

"Mary:Here it is 08:00 p.m at present".

Then would it be correct to say:

"Jhon: Okay, so here it is one hour earlier(than there)".?

And:

"Mary: So, here it is one hour later(than there)".?

Thank you very much in advance.

(If it was obviously p.m. in both places then you'd just say "It's 9" or "It's 9 o'clock". As an alternative to "9 p.m.", some people would more naturally say "nine in the evening".)

Then John might say: "OK, so it's one hour later here..." (9 p.m. is lat
