Different properties types

Hi,

What does "Duplex Free Standing property" mean ? Is it a property that once was a duplex but now is a single family house ?

What is a difference between "Manufactured", "Duplex", "Duplex Free Standing" and "Free standing" property ?

Mainly I'm interested if this is a house for single family or townhome.

Thanks,
orwe

Thanks,

So "Duplex" means that it can be multiple structures each with two residences where "Duplex Free Standing" is always one.

Do you know how it looks like with "Manufactured" and "Free standing" ? My guess is:
Manufactured - single structures on "wheels" with one residence,
Free standing - mostly single structure with one residence

A duplex is a free-standing unit.
orweManufactured
This means nothing to me unless it means 'prefabricated'.
