Different pronunciation for "he's"

Hi. Please help me with this. I think the contraction "'s" as in "he's" has two meanings, one being "is" (as in "he is") and another being "has" (as in "he has.") And I think one is pronounced differently than the other. How are they pronounced differently? Thank you for your anticipated help.
