Different combinations of "$1000" and "property tax"

I have made up the sentences below.

(1) I have to pay a $1000 property tax.

(2) I have to pay a property tax of $1000.

(3) I have to pay $1000 of property tax.

(4) I have to pay $1000 in property tax.

I am not sure whether combination(s) is/are correct. Please help me. Thank you very much.
