Different between Do you? and Don't you?

Hi bros!
Sometimes i face with some sentences like:

Little baby don't you crying?
Do you know it, don't you?
Don't you think it true...or do you think it is true

Bros please explain for me what's different and how to use those sentences in each different events.

Well, Kehiltonus, your sentences need a little work first, something like:

1 Little baby, don't you cry!
2 You do know it, don't you?
3 Don't you think it's true?
4 Do you think it is true?

I'm not sure whether I've changed your meanings, though. In my constructions:

1 is a command or a plea not to cry.
2 is a question asking for confirmation;
