Differences in sentence structures

Hi!

Please, can anyone tell me if all the sentences below are correct?

1) All he does is to sit in front of the tv all day.

2) All he does is sit in front of the tv all day.

3) All he does is sitting in front of the tv all day.

4) It's a pleasure to do business with you.

5) It's a pleasure doing business with you.

6) Doing business with you is a pleasure.

As for sentence 2, Is there a grammar rule to follow? I'm asking this because you say all I want is to learn to ride. This sentence has a similar structure to sentence 2, but in this case we use to. How do I know when to use an infinitive with or without to?
