Differences in RP and GA

Hi! I am writing a bachelor's degree about the differences between American (GA) and British (RP) accents, pronunciation in theory can someonce help me with some suggestion on how to write it and what to include? I would really appreciate the help;)

I already have my first chapter it's not that i don't know what to write. I'm just having a problem with my second chapter;)

This is an extremely broad topic. I would suggest investigating the differences in which syllables are stressed in BrE versus AmE, as this has a substantial effect on pronunciation differences. Just the accents themselves? Because there are a lot of grammatical differences as well, not to mention slang words etc. Also there are so many different accents within Britain and America - such as American southern, midwestern, Texan, northern, "ebonics," etc.

The vowel sounds I think are the most important. Most American accents have in common a similar pronunciation of "a" as found
