Differences in meaning

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me what the difference in meaning is between the following pairs of sentences?

A. If I had the money, I'd buy a new car.
B. If I have the money, I'll buy a new car.

A. The house was very isolated.
B. The house was very secluded.

A. Give me a hand with this bag, will you?
B. Could you give me a hand with this bag, please?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

A is correct usage of the subjunctive (present tense).
