The sentences could be as follows:

The outcome can be seen

The outcome clearly can be seen - This may be grammertically not correct in my English.

The outcome can clearly be seen

The outcome can be clearly seen

The outcome can be seen clearly.

All your sentences are acceptable, but the meanings are open to interpretation. I give the usual interpretations:

1-- The outcome can be seen.-- OK

2-- The outcome clearly can be seen. - OK. Not the usual placement of the adverb, but it is OK. The meaning is the same as 'Clearly, the outcome can be seen',
