Differences between 'somebody' and 'someone', 'everybody' and 'everyone'

Please, help me know in which situations to use 'somebody' or 'someone'. I have the same problem with 'everybody' and 'everyone', and 'nobody' and 'no one'.

It would be great if you explained them with certain examples. Thanks in advance.
