Please help me understand the differences among 'salary', 'wage', remuneration, and 'emoluments'

I'm unfamiliar with that last. As for the others, to my understanding:

A 'wage' is what one earns on an hourly basis. If I earn a wage of $5 per hour, and I work from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and then from 1:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. onl
