Differences????

1)Lee has already sent the letter.
2)Lee has just sent the letter.

2) Have you ever been to Japan?

Cooly- In the first group, the use of 'just' in the second sentence implies that Lee sent the letter in the immediate past, maybe fifteen minutes or so ago. 'Already' in the first sentence means that the letter was sent at an indeterminate time in the past--it could've been five seconds or a week ago. It's harder to explain the difference between the second two sentences.
