If this is meant as a statement of a general truth then #4 seems the most natural to me. If not, please provide more context.

hello!

i just want to make sure that the grammar is correct. when it comes to grammar, are the verbs in agreement in all the sentences? (like Future tense & Present etc..)

but, in all the sentences, the most proper one is the 4th one? context wise and grammar wise?

thanks

#4 seems to be expressing a general truth, possibly with specific application to a circumstance revealed by the context.

#1 seems to be saying that something will prevent the person from ever realising or enjoying the difference (e.g. they have missed an opportunity).

#3 seems a less likely way of saying #4. #2 seems awkward. I'd understand it to mean the same as #1 but I can't
