Difference of "gold lion" and " golden lion " ?

Could someone tell me the difference of "gold lion " and " golden lion "? Any help will be appreciated.(I am not sure about if it is "any help would be appreciated".)

Should I say " difference of A and B" or "difference between A and B" ? Pls tell me.

Both can signify made of gold and/or of the color of gold However, I seem to see more golden with the meaning of the color of gold these days. will be appreciated is best in my opinion, as you don't want to imply that any reservations may exist in your offering that appreciation (which might be construed to exist with would ); IMO, will is firmer; however, would is more polite in many circumstances (but IMO not here). difference between A and B gets my vote
