Difference in the meaning?

Hi~ In the following sentence, the word "same" makes me confused about the exact meaning of the phrase underlined. And it made me wonder why the author used the word.

What differences are between "The conclusion reached by B" and "The same conclusion reached by B"?

(It seems to me that the meanings of the two expressions are different. )

Thank you for sharing your idea.

The same conclusion reached by Bloom was further supported by
two other studies related to higher-level thinking.
