Difference in meaning?

Hi teachers,

What is the differene in meaning between these two sentences below?

There is a new restaurant on our street which / that serves Italian food.

There is a new restaurant which/that serves Italian food on our street.

And are both of these sentences grammatically correct?

Common sense tells us that the two sentences have the same meaning. If, however, we set common sense aside, we could say that in the second sentence the food is served on the street, which we could take to mean "instead of on plates".
