Difference b/w could, must, might

Hello, I am from India.
My Grammar is very weak.
I am confused b/w these lines.

I might have told her/ I might have been told her.
I could have told her/ I could have been told her.
I should have told her/ I should have been told her.
I must have told her/ I must have been told her.

Please Anyone clears the difference b/t these lines.
Please help me out ...

The first half of the line is gramatically correct, the second is not. "I" is the actor, the one doing the telling. "I might/could/should/must have told her."
But if you use the form "have been told," the "I" is the subject, the one other people tell. So here is one way to correctly word the second half of the line:


I might have been told by her.
