Difference between Won't or Doesn't

1. My car won't start or my car doesn't start.

2.My legs won't work or my legs doesn't work.

3.Why won't you go first or why don't you go first.

4.I won't go to the party or I don't go to the party.

I am confused of won't and doesn't. please explain the matter grammatically. Please give some rules about when to use doesn't and won't and why to use.

"Doesn't" is third person singular; all other subjects use "don't".

Generally, "won't" is used when the subject refuses to do something. "don't" means that the subject isn't able to do something.

My car does not start. = Factual. There is something wrong with the car.

Same as above.
But usually "legs" do not "work" unles

My apologies for the bad information above, please ignore it. My brain doesn't work well in this heat.

In addition to what AlpheccaStars said, I generally use "don't/doesn't" as factual, present tense. "Won't" can be used as future tense.
