Difference between via and through

Hi ,

I have a question:

Is there any difference between "via" and "Through" ?

For example :

" I will comunicate with you through/via yahoo email"

"I sent you money through/via bank wire yesterday"

Could we use both of them in these examples ? What's the difference ?

I appreciate your help.

Thank you.

Hi, In this kind of context, there is really no difference. 'Via' seems to me a little less formal and a little less stylish. Clive
