What is the difference between them?

Both us and ourselves are pronouns.

She gave us a nice dinner. (object of the verb give)

Ourselves can be emphatic or reflexive pronoun.

We ourselves made this dish. ( emphatic pronoun)

We cautioned ourselves when we confronted that danger. ( reflexive pronoun)

Like for instance,
I and my friend are trying to find an organization to join. So should I say to him ' We will find ourselves a good organization' or ' We'll find us a good organization' ?
