Difference between two sentences

What is the difference between "am i eligible?" and "Do i eligible?". Please let me know

Well, they both need a capital "I."

"Am I eligible?" is correct.

"Do I eligible?" is incorrect.

"Do I meet eligibility requirements?" would work.

"Am" goes with adjectives and "Do" goes with verbs.

"I am eligible" is correct as a statement. " *I do eligible* " is not.
