difference between to me/you and for me/you

which is correct and if both are right what is the difference between them?

- is it heavy for you? / is it heavy to you?
- it is heavy for youEmotion: it wasnt me/ it is heavy to youEmotion: it wasnt me

is it too heavy for me/you? and it is too heavy for me/you - definately seems like a better choice than ' too heavy to me/you'
