difference between these two questions: "Are these pencils yours "and " Are these your pencils " ?

What is the difference between these two questions:
" Are these books yours " and "Are these your books " ? Furthermore,another question i want to ask is " Are these books belong to you " or " Are these books belong to yours " ?
