Difference between these two

what is the difference between these two:

``Bending head forwards`` & ``Bending head downwards``

what is the exact difference between these two? Thnak you very much.Waiting for your reply.

You can't bend you head youtilt it. The direction of the head is the difference. I tilt my head backwards (I finsh looking towards the sky).

You can't bend you head youtilt it. The direction of the head is the difference.

I tilt my head backwards (I finsh looking towards the sky).

I tilt my head forwards (I am looking at the floor).

I consider both expressions to describe the same movement, or action. You could also say, "Look down."

If you wish to describe moving the head forward while continuing to face straight ahead, I'd say, "extending the head forward." It takes a little concentration.

Sorry I just realised that I mis-read you post. The direction forwards and downwards is the same in this instance. Well done Avangi for coming after me.
