Difference between the phrases "in a dilemma of A and B" and " torn between A and B"?

Can anyone tell me the difference between these words when you say :
I'm in a dilemma between A and B.
I'm torn between A and B.
Is there a difference in their collocations or formality or whatever.
I would appreciate your help. Tnx
