I would like to know the difference between below sentences.

2. People-Watching makes me to forget time.

Verb make is followed by object and infinitive without to (bare infinitive).
train tile1. People-watching makes me forget time.
2. People-watching makes me to forget time.
(1) is correct; (2) is incorrect.
"make someone to do something" is always incorrect (except in an unusual sense unrelated to how you are trying to use it).
