Difference between " I, for One" and " as far as I am concerned"

To express a point of view, which of the following is better ? :

1) I, for one don't accept your idea.

2) As far as I am concerned, don't accept your idea.

Your first example, although acceptable, is very formal. Your second example, with a slight addition, would, I feel, be the one to use.

'As far as I am concerned, I don't accept your idea.'

Something softer and less confronting might be 'I find it hard to accept your idea.'
