Difference between "problem with" & "problem on"

Hi!

Let me ask a question about the difference between "problem with" and "problem on". I've frequently heard that people said "there is a problem with... or we have a problem with..." but I found out that people also use "problem on" like "I need to talk to John about a problem on his job."

So what is the difference between those two expression? I'll be waiting for your good answers, teachers!.

Thank you.

Could you provide full sentences with "problem on"? It's not used the way your sample sentence reads. Have you heard native speakers using that?
