Difference between ON IN AT

I'm very confused in,on,at using this three prep's. Like on is for something that is being contact by the surface , in is for something that is inside, at is for something you are at the place but not inside of it? Am i right. And what's the difference of this:

"In you."

"at you."

"On you."

Thx in advance
