Difference between nowadays and now days

I want to know the difference between nowadays and now days , if there is any ? or is that just the different ways of expressing the same thing.

I have never heard of "now days" either. Some speakers don't pronounce the middle "a" of "nowadays" very distinctly, so you may be mishearing it.
