Difference between "it does not looks like a" and "it looks llike not a"

Hi,

anybody can explain what is the difference between the bellow too sentence?

On of my colleagues said that the second one is not correct but I don't think so. I think the only difference is the emphasizing, but I can't give a good example.

What are you thinking about this? Do people use the second one in general at all?

Thanks in advance.
