Difference between 'industrial zone' and 'industrial park'

Hi everyone. I'm a newcomer and also an English learner. I know this forum by chance when I google some English word. I hope that by joining this forum, I can improve my english and also make some new friends.

Do you know the difference between 'industrial zone' and 'industrial park'. In my country, these word sometimes are used for naming same places and I don't know which is correct.
