Difference between in, on and at

Sup guys, I´ve been questioning myself about this. I don´t know how to use these pronouns in a phrase. I´m really doubtful about this, could you guys sort this out for me?
I´d appreciate any further answer.
Also, I´m not an native english speaker, so If there is some grammar/spelling mistakes, please let me know.
