Difference between i has been and i had been.

Hi Teacher,

could you pleas help me for this confusion between i has been and i had been.
(Does has been states that action done few minutes ago....?)

There is no such form in English. I suppose you mean "I have been".

I have been relates an event anterior to the present to the present time.
I had been relates an event anterior to a past time to that past time.
