Difference between "I am here ..." and "I´ve been here ..."

Hi! Emotion: smile

Could you please explain to me meaning and the difference between these two sentences?

1. I am here for 3 weeks.

2. I´ve been here for 3 weeks.

1. I've just arrived. I'm going to stay here for three weeks, and then I will leave.
