Difference between (human being) and (human beings)

Good day dear respectful teachers....

Again and again and forever: Thank You very much for your helping me...

My question is:

What is difference between (human being) and (human beings)?

Which one is more familiar to the natives?
Which one the natives use more?

I know one is plural and the other one is singular.....

Thanks a lot in advance
