Difference between "here" and "in here'"?

Do we say " what are you doing here?" or " what you doing in here?" ?

If the person referred to as "you" is in something, i.e., in an enclosure of some kind, it makes no difference which you use. The "in" just focuses on the interiority of the location where "you" are.

If "you" is not in anything, use only "What are you doing here?"

Note that both need a verb.
