Difference between "have" & "do have" ?

I) Can someone help to solve my doubt when to use "have" and when "do have" ?

Example : 1) I have a car 2) I do have a car......

while asking question both are same :

1) do you have a car ? 2) do you have a car ?
I heard these sentences from different people...I really want to know the difference now...

II) The second question is : if I can use the present tense like this way......can we use

1) I bought a car 2) I did buy a car ...... in past tense...

I never heard these sentences from people....!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I have" is used when I communicate to others just informing them that I possess that material or abstract.

"I do have" is used when I communicate to others that I can submit the material or abstract, if I am asked to provide the supporting of my claim, either material or idea
