difference between future tenses

hello
whats the difference between (simple Future) and ( future continuous ) and ( future perfect continuous )
I dont mean difference in rules. I mean when to use each one and whats the difference in meaning ?

Rami1511 future perfect continuous ARGH! I will have been trying to speak English for years by the time I am 40 years old. I don't think you even need this tense!

I don't think you even need this tense! This is so rarely used that it would be better for you to concentrate on the other two you mentioned.
