Difference between "Due to" and "because of"

Hi !

What's the difference between "due to" and "because of"? Does it affect one's sentence or not? Plus, I ain't sure about the usage of "affect" and "effect"? Can someone clarify this one confusion too?

For example : "You deleted that post due to me" or "You deleted that post because of me." Which one will be appropriate?

And

It didn't affect or effect my health? I need an elaboration between the words affect and effect.

"Affect" and "effect" both have meanings as both a noun and as a verb.

As a verb, "affect" means to influence: "John's clinical depression affected his work." As a noun, "effect" is the result of such an influence: "The effect of John's depression could be seen in his work."

As a verb, "effect" means to br
