Difference between dry and wipe

Hi guys,

I'd like to know whats the difference between dry, wipe and clean.

Could you please make sentences using this words?

And if it's not asking too much, one day i put on a sentence the 'word' "beach house" and my teacher told me that this word doesn't exist, but i've already heard this word and I also googled it and found results... is he right about that?
