Difference Between dont and don't

dont has no meaning in English apart from DONT which is the name of a bridge (card game) opening convention

And when should I use

don't when appropriate to short do not

and

dont as DONT or D.O.N.T. when

I see, I imagine the same thing goes for wont, cant, and shouldnt? won't, can't, shouldn't?

I think we need to accept that "don't" has no been contracted to "dont", that the way new works are formed
