I don't agree.

Generally speaking, putting a comma between serial adjectives serves no useful purpose, although some people do it. But why have a comma after "warm" and not after "nice"?

But more importantly, the commas in that sentence should be rest

The comma after nice is because the writter just want to give the adjective to the word "warm"....
