Difference between "do" and "have"

Are there any differences between these two sentences?

(a) I had an interview with him.

(b) I did an interview with him.

I think (a) means a job interview or a consultation

(b) means asking someone questions to find out their opinions especially on the TV or for a newspaper

if you think those two sentences are same meaning , please tell so.

Yes, I agree with your statement about what the two might mean. Although they would be interchangeable without being incorrect (you could say "I had an interview with him" when you are talking about a journalistic interview), it would be much more common for them to have the meanings you indicate in your post. So I guess, although they could mean the same thing, they generally don't.
