Difference between conditionals.

1] If I had had money, I would have a big house.(Third conditionals/past unreal conditionals)
2] If I had money, I would have a big house.( Mixed conditionals/Present+Past unreal conditionals).

I understand the grammar part, but can not make it out when & which type to be used in conversation.
could you please explain the situations where these sentences can be used..
